Bring back Happy

Hello everyone, 

I'm a 18 soon to be 19yo international student in France. I've got my pets back at home in the country I grew up in but sadly my parents are too busy and can't take as much care for them (I had one dog and a cat and the cat ran away.. he was probably already dead by the time they told me about it..). I care a lot for my dog's happiness and wellbeing, her name is Happy, she is a sweet 5yo labrador, we grew up together and it has been one year since we've been apart. I only saw her once since I left, and it was only for a week. 

I desperately need external funds if I want to bring her in France with me because there's a lot of procedures. 

I need to buy a big crate, and it is around 150€ max, we need to buy her a plane ticket, get through the formalities and all of that which I still need to get informed on.

I come here with hopes though I think without external advertisements of this cause I will probably loose this opportunity to get reunited with my baby, but I will try and we'll see.
