After discovering this extraordinary place, one dream was born: to restore it, preserve its history and bring it back to life.

The long-term vision is to transform this property into a welcoming, small-scale eco-conscious tourism project, while preserving the authentic charm of the buildings and respecting the surrounding village.

The dream includes:

The property has already been visited, discussions have taken place with local professionals, and the renovation possibilities have been explored.

Some buildings are already habitable, while others will need patience, creativity and a lot of hands-on work.

The goal is to renovate gradually, with care, while keeping the soul of the place intact.

The first step is acquiring the property, currently offered for approximately €49,000, with the hope of negotiating a lower purchase price.
