Entrepreneur français, passionné de gastronomie et d’esthétique, je porte le projet Le P’tit Carré, un concept de restauration fast-casual premium à San Francisco.

Mon ambition est d’introduire une véritable “Frenchy Experience” au cœur de la Bay Area : un produit iconique — le Croque-Monsieur — exécuté avec exigence, élégance et efficacité. Et bien d'autres plats, desserts.
