Help a family of 8 in Gaza

Marah, her parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters are struggling in Gaza, where their lives have been shattered since the first bombings in 2023. Their family home was bombed, Marah’s father was buried under the rubble and was rescued, but his heart was damaged: he needs heart surgery, which is currently impossible in Gaza due to a lack of hospitals and medical care. He is very weak and can no longer provide for his family as he used to.

Marah is 24 years old. She is an engineering student. Her older brother Madj and her sisters Mayar, Gheed, and Hiba are also students, and her younger brother Mohammad is still in high school. They used to be a happy, quiet, normal family, living their lives and having big dreams for their future.

With the genocide, food prices have skyrocketed, with a bag of flour sometimes costing as much as $400. Marah and her siblings would like to work to support their family, but it is very difficult to find a job in Gaza. At the same time, they continue to study and believe in a possible future but, like food, tuition fees have dramatically increaded.

This family therefore needs our help to continue living in a devastated Gaza.

I created this fundraiser to help them and bring their story to light; I will send them the money raised once the campaign is over.
