Every year, millions of animals — dogs, rabbits, mice, and many others — suffer through cruel testing for cosmetic and household products. Behind everyday items, there is often hidden pain that is unnecessary and outdated.
The European Union has already taken an important step by banning animal testing for cosmetics within its territory. But there is still a major gap: products tested on animals in other parts of the world can still be imported and sold in Europe.
This means that, despite progress, animal suffering still indirectly supports our market.
Today, we have the power to go further.
We are calling for a clear and complete ban on the import of all cosmetic and household products tested on animals. Reliable, modern, and ethical alternatives already exist. There is no reason for animals to continue suffering for non-essential products.
Signing this petition means refusing hidden cruelty in the products we buy. It means standing for a Europe that respects its values. It means protecting living beings who have no voice.
